Volunteer with CF Benidorm

Love football? Love Benidorm? Why not become part of something special?

CF Benidorm is more than just a football team. It’s part of our local community, bringing together people of different ages, nationalities and backgrounds who share a passion for football and the city.

But running a football club involves a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes, and CF Benidorm relies heavily on the generosity, enthusiasm and commitment of volunteers.

Whether you can spare a few hours each week, help occasionally or simply lend a hand on matchdays, your contribution could make a real difference.

How can you help?

There are plenty of ways to get involved, and you don’t need any previous experience or specialist football knowledge.

Distributing matchday posters

One of the simplest but most valuable ways to support the club is by helping distribute matchday posters around Benidorm and the surrounding area.

Local bars, restaurants, shops, hotels and other businesses can all help spread the word about upcoming fixtures.

The more people who know when and where we’re playing, the more opportunities we have to attract new supporters to the Estadio Guillermo Amor.

You might be surprised how much difference a few posters in the right places can make.

Helping on matchdays

Matchdays involve much more than 90 minutes of football.

There’s preparation before supporters arrive, work to be done while the match is taking place and plenty to organise afterwards.

Volunteers can help with various activities around the stadium, such as welcoming supporters, helping sell the matchday programme or raffle tickets, and general matchday preparations.

Having extra people available to lend a hand can make an enormous difference to the smooth running of a matchday.

Supporting club activities

There may also be opportunities to help with promotional activities, community initiatives, events and other projects throughout the season.

If you have particular skills, experience or ideas that you believe could benefit CF Benidorm, we’d be delighted to hear about them.

Every contribution matters

You don’t have to commit to every home match or give up huge amounts of your free time.

Some people might be able to help regularly, while others may only be available occasionally. Both are valuable.

Even something as simple as putting up a matchday poster in your local bar, helping distribute information or giving a couple of hours of your time at the stadium can contribute to the club’s growth.

And volunteering isn’t just about what you can do for CF Benidorm.

It’s also an opportunity to meet new people, make friends, become more involved in the local community and feel a genuine connection with the club.

For those who have moved to Spain, it can be a particularly enjoyable way to become more involved in local life, meet Spanish and international supporters and feel part of something.

Help us build something together

We all want to see CF Benidorm succeed on the pitch, but building a successful football club also depends on what happens away from it.

Growing attendances, attracting new supporters, strengthening community relationships and creating a welcoming matchday experience all require people who care enough to get involved.

You don’t need to have a particular qualification or know anyone at the club.

You just need a little enthusiasm and a willingness to help.

A few hours of your time might not seem like much to you, but collectively, those contributions can make a tremendous difference to CF Benidorm.

Interested in volunteering?

I’d love to hear from you.

Whether you’re a lifelong football supporter, a local resident, someone who has recently moved to the area or simply somebody who wants to contribute to the community, please get in touch.

Let me know a little about yourself, where you’re based and how you might like to help. There’s no obligation, and we can have an informal conversation about possible opportunities.
